Quick, easy, crispy & delicious low histamine beef tacos
In the microwave or a pot on the stove, warm your cooked ground beef with a little extra water. Add in spices then stir it up.
In a large frying pan pour 1-2 Tb of olive oil and warm on med-high heat. When it's warmed add 2-3 corn tortillas and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until small brown spots appear. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Chop lettuce, dice peppers, and wash cilantro.
Assemble your tacos! Take a tortilla, add ground beef, lettuce, peppers, and garnish with cilantro, a drizzle of olive oil & italian seasoning. If you have low histamine salsa pop that on as well.
