Quick, easy, crispy & delicious low histamine beef tacos

 1 lb Ground beef, browned and in small pieces
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Onion powder
 ½ tsp Paprika
 9 White corn tortillas (Guerrero brand)
 4 tbsp Olive oil
 1 cup Lettuce, finely shredded
 ½ Red or orange bell pepper
 ¼ cup Cilantro
 Italian seasoning (to taste)
 Extra light tasting olive oil to drizzle
 Low Histamine Salsa (optional)
Histamine Level: 0 or 1
 rated a 1 due to garlic powder & garlic in salsa. Omit garlic for level 0.

In the microwave or a pot on the stove, warm your cooked ground beef with a little extra water. Add in spices then stir it up.

In a large frying pan pour 1-2 Tb of olive oil and warm on med-high heat. When it's warmed add 2-3 corn tortillas and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until small brown spots appear. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Chop lettuce, dice peppers, and wash cilantro.

Assemble your tacos! Take a tortilla, add ground beef, lettuce, peppers, and garnish with cilantro, a drizzle of olive oil & italian seasoning. If you have low histamine salsa pop that on as well.
