rich & creamy white hot chocolate.

 1 cup macadamia nut milk
  tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp vanilla
 ½ tbsp maple syrup
 1 ½ tbsp low histamine vegan white chocolate (see recipe link below)
Histamine Level: 1
 rated a 1 due to vanilla & macadamia nut milk
 cinnamon is rated a 0 on the SIGHI list, but it is a controversial one, make sure you follow what works for you.

Dice your white chocolate finely, then measure out 1 1/2 TB of it. (When I make the white chocolate I chop up a few pieces to use as chocolate chips & then freeze it, so I just use those).

Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until your white chocolate pieces have melted.
