Dairy free, ice cream free milkshake. Delicious and sooo easy.

Yields1 Serving
 ¼ cup fresh peach slices, with no skin
 ¼ cup macadamia nut milk (or other low histamine milk)
 ½ cup ice
 2 tbsp sugar
  tsp vanilla (optional)
Histamine Level: 1
 rated a 1 due to the nut milk and the vanilla.

You can use 1/3-1/2c. ice. Combine all ingredients in a small blender cup. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all the ice chunks are gone.

Peaches are in season here in Idaho and we have been LOVING them! They are one of my favorite fruits and I'm soooo glad they're low histamine. I had this quick milkshake for dessert two days in a row this week and it really hit the spot. I love that I can have a milkshake without ice cream or dairy!

You could try this recipe with blueberries or blackberries too, I bet it would be delicious.
