Tender steak with a nice garlic herb flavor, with little to no marinating time!
Serves 2 adults
Get a plate or dish that will fit both steaks. Use the olive oil to coat both sides of the steaks.
Spread the garlic & spices evenly on both sides of the steaks. Salt to taste. Set in the fridge to marinate while you warm up the grill.
Start grill, and heat to 400-425° F. Place steaks on the grill. Cook for 5 min and flip. Cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat this until the steaks reach 140-160° F, depending on how well done you like it.
When we started low histamine and cut out pepper and a lot of other spices, it seemed like our steak never had any flavor. So we stopped eating it for a while. Then one day I decided to try this spice combination and we love it! It works well for grilled steak or for kabobs. We do kabobs when we use cheaper cuts of meat, for some reason they taste better that way.
Tastes extra delicious with rosemary garlic potatoes & brussel sprouts on the side!
