Low histamine italian dressing

Note: If you have a dairy or gluten allergy, make sure your seasonings are certified gf/df.

1

Put your steaks in a baking dish.

2

Pour or brush italian dressing over the steaks. Using tongs, flip the steak over and brush remaining dressing over the steak.

3

Grill, air fry, or bake steaks according to your preference. Remember to freeze the leftovers, as histamine levels in meat rise quickly!

We've been grilling steak a lot more often, and I've been getting tired of just having it seasoned with garlic & onion powder. One day on a whim I decided to try brushing it with the low histamine italian salad dressing. It tasted SO good! The great thing is there is no need for marinating time, so histamine levels stay lower AND you have delicious steak! It's a win-win scenario.
